Juan Carcano
I built my business the same way I’ve built my life—from the ground up, with grit, hard work, and no shortcuts.
I became an orphan at just nine years old. My father, a skilled furniture refinisher, passed down a legacy of craftsmanship and resilience that stayed with me. A few years later, my uncle put a paintbrush in my hand, and during high school summers I joined him painting houses. What started as seasonal work turned into a passion and a career path.
After five years of painting homes, I scaled into commercial projects, determined to grow beyond where I started. Today, I lead Immaculate Painting & Construction, a company built on the belief that craftsmanship, honesty, and hustle still matter. Every job we take on reflects the same values I was raised with—attention to detail, pride in hard work, and treating every client’s property with the same care I would give my own.
Beyond the business, I’m a proud father who loves fishing, golfing, and spending time at the beach.
Janeth Deleon
Hi, I’m Janeth DeLeon, the Operations Manager at Immaculate Paint. I oversee our projects from start to finish—everything from supervising job sites and ensuring safety measures to coordinating and ordering materials. I’ve been in project leadership for over 8 years and also earned my CM certification from Columbia Engineering University.. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with family and friends, learning new trades, catching a good game, or traveling to new places.
Emily Leon
Hi, I’m Emily! I’m the Office Manager here at Immaculate Painting and Construction, and I make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From scheduling to paperwork to keeping projects organized, I love being the person who ties it all together. I’ve been in this role for about 2 years now, and even though I’m fairly new to the industry, I love what I do and the amazing team I get to work with every day. Outside of work, you can usually find me at the gym, relaxing with a margarita in hand, or planning my next weekend getaway.
